The staff were very kind, and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was simple but very delicious. However, as is often the case with other hotels in Malaysia, there was a large number of ants, which was a real nuisance. (I borrowed insecticide spray.) A large-scale ant extermination would be necessary. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit. Thank you!

Staff hotel yang peramah & sedia membantu sekiranya diperlukan bila-bila masa. Sangat kondusif, bersih khasnya bilik & Cafe. Breakfast yang cukup lumayan sedap menunya e.g Mee Kueh teow & Nasi lemak. Awesome 👍

The customer service (a women) is very rude. Me and my family called few times regarding our room and she answered our question with rude tone. The room is not clean too. The floor is dusty and the bedsheet got stains.

The staff told me to check in at 2pm as well, even though we arrived 30 minutes early. It was a bad experience at Roxy Serian first and last.
