For the price, finding food at night is easy.

Please, if there are guests who stay long, change the sheets and blankets every day. Unfortunately, after staying for 3 days, the blankets were not changed even though I had asked them to change them.

Stay at Hart Rapatmaja which coincidentally coincided with the MotoGP event in September 2024. The price for 2 nights was 1.9 million but the breakfast did not match the price. It's okay if the price goes up because of the event, but please adjust the breakfast to the rate and occupancy. It's funny, the first day breakfast at 8, only the remaining shrimp spaghetti for 3 servings and stuffed tofu, even then the staff didn't add any more. Even though there were still many guests coming after I finished eating.

It's nice to stay here, the hotel is comfortable & clean, hopefully I can come back to Mataram Lombok. Again.

I think it's a recommended hotel in the heart of MTM city, the only drawback is that it's often noisy in the middle of the night when cleaning the room so it disturbs sleep.

For floor cleanliness. It needs to be mopped with a clean mop. Apart from that everything is good clean.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, check in and check out process is fast. Although there are not many choices for breakfast, the taste is delicious, suits my taste. The location is in the city, so it's always busy. There is a Taliwang chicken restaurant on the main road in front of the hotel.

Pay more attention to the cleanliness of the sheets.
