Thank you for my stay. Many stores on the first floor making everything really convenient. Food was great and large portions. My clinic is across the street 1min walk literally so perfect location

Excellent hotel! We loved everything about it. The restaurant buffet for breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the stay. Definitely will be coming back.

It will be a plus if they fix the proximity sensores at the elevators

Excellent option to stay in Monterrey. The hotel is in excellent location to access different city points of interest. They have great breakfast buffet.

The receptionist was away, I had to leave the key because he she was doing something else. I haven’t received my invoice and left my email with the request

The room was typical of any other chain, nothing special. There was a massage amount of construction noise from 5am till 11pm next door that made sleep nearly impossible. There were very few options for food or shopping within walking distance. The location is not worth the price.

We where in floor 7 (last before top) and in some point of night we could hear all the cars, ambulances and policie from the area. Nice view tho.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
