Amr was always very helpful and accommodated Did not try the pool but there always people enjoy it, it was clean as well of the rest of hotel

When we checked in, the washer wasn’t connected, the faucet sink was loose, and the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned. I reported it to the front desk late at night, and they moved us to a different room the next day. I really appreciate how they resolved the issues. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

Dirty towel from privious guests, durty.pool area absolutely horrible all sun lounges broken.. Noisy with lot of kids . Reception and staff with no english ... no organisation.. Terrible

The apartment was great but no lift to the 3rd floor so when I was leaving to go to the airport not easy to navigate the unlit stairs carrying suitcases plus the restaurant on the marina was good but very expensive by Egyptian standards but I guess rents are high for its location plus lack of business during the pandemic

The location of these properties are perfect for a stay at Port Ghalib, just a 5 min walk behind the main waterfront.

they don't have any soap, shampoo anything in the bathrooms, the transfer to place is difficult, the price for eat es too high, 13 dollars for a litter of water and a 300 ml of juice in a local market...

It was a perfect vacation and marina residence was so good. I liked the room, the view on the desert was amazing. The front office manager is really helpful and the pool is nice and clean.

Port Ghalib Marina Residence has very beautiful apartments. You can have your privacy and still have people around the swimming pool. Staff is always available for any kind of need and very kind. Highly recommend
