This is a very pretty hotel with a tree growing within it and the staff were so nice! The lady at the front desk gave us two pitchers of water after I asked her where the water dispenser was. They had hot showers - which we didn’t get everywhere we went in Honduras - and a yummy free breakfast. Arranging airport pick up was a little bit of a struggle, and although their listing says free shuttle to and from airport, that was NOT the case. Our driver, Osmín Ramírez, demanded $30 USD after he dropped us off at the airport. Still a great hotel and I’d recommend it to everyone who needs a place to stay in San Pedro Sula but get confirmation that the shuttle to and from the airport is free.

The staff was so friendly, Walking distance to Cathedral and main square. Safe. Family owned. Excellent stay.

The staff was very helpful. Pickup from the airport was arranged in advance thru them. Short walk to archeological museum and Parque Central. Breakfast was plentiful.

It was very nice and cozy , after a long flight , it definitely was a good rest and the breakfast was a good experience

Wuiet and comfortable

There was no refrigerator in the room. The woman downstairs saw me buying ice. She asked if I wanted a refrigerator. Of course, I said yes. The security is also on point. When I left for the night and came back in the early morning. The guard was there to greet me

The room had an ant infestation and other bugs.

One of the best hotels in the city and also the cleanest with very courteous and friendly staff. Very cozy and quiet place to stay and have fun around town.

Great Hotel with fantastic staff and service. Please communicate with guard if staying out pass 11pm. Otherwise you will be locked out. Great stay and welcoming staff. Helped me and my wife order food late while dining in. Will stay again.

The hotel was easy to get to and near the square which is where all the ‘activity’ is. Breakfast was nice and there was coffee as well.

Sheets were clean but with steins. Room with hair. Not very informative abiut breakfast schedule. Breakfast only option. No front picture. Map located to a different place.

We stayed for one night during a stop over. We arrived in the early evening and did not feel like we should walk the streets after dark. The lady at the desk, helped us with getting beer and ordered food for us from a delivery app. There is a terrace along the side with a locked gate. My husband and I sat there and ate and felt completely safe. We felt as if we were not in the city. The hotel design is very cool with a tree going right through it. Our flight was later that evening and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel while we checked out the city. All staff were absolutely amazing. They helped us obtain a ride after our pre-arranged cab did not show up to take us to the airport. We looked at so many hotels and this stay was great! Thank you everyone for your kindness during our stay. We would recommend Everytime. Thank you!!!

Dora checked us in and she was wonderful. She gave us the layout of the area and made sure we knew our way around. The facility is clean, quiet and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. I had reserved a triple room with three beds. When we arrived, it was a room with two beds, but they placed the third bed.
