A little hiccup on check in when they had accidentally given our room to someone else, but they were very apologetic and gave us several options to make it right. The setting is amazing, just as you would imagine for the French countryside. The location was great for visiting the D Day sites. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Our room although tight for 3 people, was still wonderful. Reasonably priced. Our only regret was that we stayed just one night. Amazing experience!

We enjoyed our stay here. They have good breakfast, hotel room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and just driving around the countryside makes all the experience worthwhile! Highly recommend!!!

The Hotel Manoir de Mathan was really nice we had a ground floor room which was huge it had every thing you needed even a kettle, the furnishing was to a high level the owner was a lovely lady, really friendly and helpful, and suggested a very nice restaurant which didn't disappoint breakfast was very nice, we only had a continental breakfast, definitely go back

We were enthralled by everything about Hotel Manoir de Mathan. The authenticity of the setting, the sensitive and lovely restoration, the generous size of the rooms, their decor and amenities. Elizabeth is a welcoming host and the staff are super pleasant and efficient.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and the breakfast was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Check in was a breeze and everyone was so friendly.

We were absolutely thrilled with this Hotel - we were late due to the long drive from Calais but William welcomed us & instantly made us feel at home - fabulous room which we were also allowed to take our dog Ted - breakfast was outstanding- we did not want to leave & will definitely stay on our return drive back to England in 7 weeks

A 17th century inn out in the country, how much better is that? Staff were first class. Breakfast was wonderful. I stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer.

Absolutely beautiful place! We arrived early and were greeted warmly by a very nice lady in reception. We decided to upgrade the room and so glad we did! Such a romantic place .. it truly felt surreal. Breakfast was great as well! Highly recommend

Beautiful property with great service. We had the family room and it was very large. It felt like you were in a palace. We purchased the breakfast which was delicious. We did get dinner recommendations and they did book a place for us. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the Manoir. The rooms are spectacular, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing with many options. The staff and service were all beyond on expectations. A must place to see and stay in Normandy.

Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable rooms with good beds and nice tubs. Top shelf. Nice breakfast for 16 euros pp.
