Wonderful hotel. Planned to stay for 2 nights ended up staying for a week. Very comfortable room, great breakfast and amenities. All the staff were amazing in particular Zara, Alex and Becky. Thanks to you all for making my stay truly memorable. A happy new year to you all.

Breakfast is a disaster. Waited to get eggs, tea and toast now cold. Never mind pop some warm beans on that will warm it. Oh no beans!! Wait again at least they will be hot, when they arrive, freezing cold, never seen any heat. Maybe not bother with breakfast next time. It should never be that hard.

Incredible stay once again over the Xmas period Clean comfortable and the gym was even open so we could burn off the piggy feeling

Clean hotel, comfy beds & gym. Hotel is situated in the business estate so not much around but train station only 10-12 mins away.

Nice room and made to feel welcome on arrival. Breakfast was ok, it depends when you have it, the earlier the better otherwise it was a bit mush!

Welcoming staff. Beautiful (small but fine for us) room. Great bed and bedding. Fabulous shower. We stayed in a Clubroom on floor 5. In the evening the bar/grill had a great vibe. Lovely grilled chicken wraps and chips for lunch.
