The staff are very helpful, friendly & welcoming - everything you want them to be. The breakfast options were really outstanding & each day a bit varied. I would recommend My Hotel for short or long stays.

My room was in My Apartments around the corner but the location was excellent. Apartment itself was basic but fine. No blind on the skylight window which meant it got light early. And there was a couple of long hairs on the bed sheet. And the WiFi instructions had the wrong network listed. Other than that though, good value, and the service was fantastic - constant communication through whatsapp and very accommodating.

Wonderful stay! The apartment can be a little hard to find and easy to miss, so make sure to read the directions from the manager clearly. Other than that, the apartment is nicely sized and has all the amenities one would need and expect, and in great working order. The location is also very central and easy to get to the tourist sites around Yerevan. Would stay again!

The hotel was very clean, good location, staff were very friendly and accomodating (I had surgery during my visit and the hotel staff helped to ensure I had all I needed and even looked after some frozen peas for me!). There was only a minor issue with the toilet flush sometimes not working, and the mini freezer in the fridge. Overall my partner and I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yerevan.

Decent place. Sort of smaller room. Good location, a bit tough to find; it is behind the address of the building in a parking lot. My room had some noise that came up from lobby. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

They move you to different place if you choose lower price single Rooms

Its a small hotel but very nice hotel like a home, clean room friendly staf like a friends. Specially Alex he is such a nice guy v friendly and supportive.

Great staff, great location. Wasn’t so pleased with the towels and the mattress, but that’s not a big issue For me.

It is not actually a hotel, but a "partially rennovated" apartment. It did not have the standards of a hotel. For example, the room I saw had a poor quality mattress but not a frame... I have seen hotel apartments before, but this was no way similar to any of them.

Had a great stay at this hotel from the beginning till the end . Friendly and efficient staff always ready to help , clean hotel near downtown . Nice breakfast,will surely come back if visiting again Armenia .

Staff was ok. But the hotel was not as good as expected. Plus the luxury rooms are like standard and there is no more comfort there
