The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very easy to check in and check out. The apartment was clean - plenty of space, a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, an electric kettle... I stayed for only one night, but a longer stay would also be comfortable their. The location is perfect

Very old apartment. Location is fine, close to some shopping malls, but not easy to find it. Apartment is big, but very uncomfortable. Sofa is like a stone and bed is very bad and noisy. Leaking water from shower and flooding the bathroom.

I stayed at Smart Apartments Skopje for three nights over Easter, and overall I had a comfortable stay. On the positive side, the apartment was simple but clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, making arrival easy. The location was definitely a highlight — the flat is about 20 minutes from the centre of Skopje, with a shopping mall just a five-minute walk away that includes a large supermarket and several places to eat. There are also bus stops nearby, and getting taxis was straightforward. I was advised by the host to download the Wizi app, which made getting around even easier. There were just a few small areas that could be improved. The check-in felt slightly rushed, and it would have been helpful to have a bit more explanation on how to use things like the stove and coffee machine. A couple of minor comfort details — such as bedside lamps and a larger duvet cover — would have made the stay even better. I also experienced a small issue with the toilet flush, although it didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, I would recommend Smart Apartments Skopje to anyone looking for a simple, well-priced place to stay. It offers good value for money and a generally hassle-free experience, especially for a short city break. I would rate it 4 out of 5.

Nice standard apartment. Loved the balcony although the view over the train station and a power plant opposite the city centre wasn’t ideal. The check in and communication were very prompt and friendly. The neighbourhood of the apartment was fairly rundown but was a 10-15 min walk to the city centre.

Was switched to a brand new apartment round the corner as I had arrived early and the one I'd booked wasn't ready yet. Great service.

Great clean room, attentive staff, good location.

The staff were so nice and helpful. However there is no sign or address on the building. Extremely hard to find for a tourist. Also the AC doesn't work enough to keep the bedroom cool. It was about 90 degrees in the room

Our room was very spacious as it had a living room with a TV as well as a bedroom with the TV. Don’t let the area scare you because just around the corner is a street that takes you straight to the center and is very safe and very close.

The room was clean and spacious and the kitchen was really helpful to have.

Location on Google maps was a little off. The apartment block is on a small side street at the back of a garage, the garage faces the main road . Apart from that, everything was great. Nice place, clean and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Good amenities,great location.

The manager was extremely accommodating. We arrived early after sending 12 hours on a night bus. We had huge bags with our bikes in they took in the bags, and got us into the apartment 2 hours early. The apartment was difficult to find. Sign posting would be helpful (something better than the hand written sharpie marker on the door ). The area is developing a mixture of new apartments and tumble down buildings. Local shop keepers and residents all help us with directions. Convenient location for public transport and local shops. Only 10 minute walk to centre Skopje.

This is a very clean, well appointed unit. Management was very prompt, courteous, and friendly. It is only 2-3 short blocks from the river walk which you can follow to the historic stone bridge and the Old Bazaar. It is also a very easy walk to the bus station for connections from Sophia and to Ohrid.Its also an easy walk to a mall with grocery as well as very close to the metro bus line.

The apartment is quite big and located in a great location. The only thing I noticed is that the bed is not very comfortable! Other than that, it is a nice apartment

Great stay in top center

Very accessible—just 3mins walk to the bus station/metro. More or less 5-10 mins to Vero Mall. The apartment is very spacious, clean, comfy with complete basic equipments.

It provides the necessities, very easy to get to places, hosts were very helpful

Modern apartment in a new block equipped with all the facilities one might need. Parking space underground accessible by an elevator. Surprisingly close to the shopping center and downtown. The person that checked us in was very helpful. Check in was the easiest so far on my travels.
