All staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to CPH station and less than 10 to the meat packing district and supermarkets. Could not get through the main entrance as a door code was needed, but we didn't receive any information prior to our arrival. Staff shared our reservation was not made directly with them, so they couldn't get in touch with us. Good thing we arrived during their working hours and other guests were heading out.
