The room was comfortable and had everything you needed for your stay. It is on a quiet street but within walking distance to old town and all the major sights. However, the biggest assets of the hotel are their staff. The two young ladies who worked there on the first two evenings when I arrived went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. I thought I would see them again and didn’t ask their names.

Nice hotel in a quiet street near old town. I felt safe here and the room was large and comfortable with helpful, friendly staff. The spa is small but delightful.

The Hestia Hotel Kentmanni is on a quiet street near Old City Tallinn, an easy walk. Clean with a friendly staff, always ready to help with any questions. Very tasty breakfast buffet with multiple options.. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

Excellent room. Shower large and comfortable. Saunas and whirlpool in basement a really nice extra (with no extra charge). Breakfast excellent! Hotel is walking distance from the old town.

This was a very nice hotel, with a huge breakfast buffet included. It was about a 15 minute walk from Olde Town….so definitely not in the heart. Many other hotels were closer.

This hotel was really good value for money, and provided a great experience. The rooms are a good size with a relatively spacious bathroom, and the hotel is nicely done and feels relaxed and welcoming. The front desk staff are very good, and the breakfast is exceptional. The small downside is the 15-minute walk to the Old Town, but it’s simple enough and through what feels like a nice area. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and love it. There are a lot of great things: - Very good breakfast with tons of varieties. - The hotel and room look brand new, modern, and very clean. Room is spacious. - All the staff are very friendly. - I like the hot water kettle in the room, very handy. - Great location: within walking distance to the Old Town, and Lido restaurant in the Solaris mall. Not too far from the port of Tallinn. Across the street is the US Embassy. - Hotel price is very reasonable.

The hotel is very well located, with only a sort 10min walk to the old town square. The breakfast is splendid as is the Spa which is situated in the basement.

Lovely clean modern hotel in a quiet location but only a short walk to the old town. Staff could not be more polite or helpful If I had one small criticism it is that the room was too hot overnight and the preset controls could not be changed.

A shorter trip than planned due to the weather but the Hotel accepted my late arrival without issue and the room was ready and waiting. Highlight - the Breakfast Buffet was as good as it gets

Lovely hotel centrally located in Tallin. Comfortable room with excellent wifi, bathroom, and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel breakfasts were very good. I stayed six nights and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is an exceptional hotel very near the old city and 20min walk to the bus station where buses to other cities are stationed. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The property is meticulously cleaned. The breakfast is amazing and the variety of food is more than satisfying. The room is very practical with USB ports and outlets near both sides of the bed, a big TV and sufficient space for personal belongings. We had a little veranda and we could enjoy the sun there. Overall we would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Nice new hotel. Need a 15min walk for the tourist spots. But quiet and good quality. Breakfast on the better side for Baltic hotels.

from tram 3 or 4 it's about 5-600 m to walk but you find a clean hotel with na English speaking staff. Free breakfast and stylish Spa .. Big room with fridge / minibar and water cooling kettle.. They recommend a taxi .but I prefer walking. Could book again

New and clean hotel with a decent breakfast offer. Gym and spa on-site, which is great given the price. Would stay again. Frustratingly the restaurant was closed (this wasn’t stated on the hotel’s booking page, and currently isn’t in case it still is closed) so no room service or on-site dinner available, which is an inconvenience when staying for work and not having time to go into town to eat dinner.
