Perfect

I had another wonderful stay at Swakopmund Luxury Suites—this was my second or third time here, and I hope to be back again soon! The staff are incredibly friendly and always make me feel welcome. The location is unbeatable, especially if you enjoy dining out, as there are plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Swakopmund!

It was a great one night stay. Breakfast was nice and staff excellent.

I stayed 6 nights in the honeymoon suite and the room was amazing! I was travelling for business, so WiFi was important, and the WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was good too, with a choice of cold buffet food, including meats, cheeses, pastries, cereals and fruit, and a hot menu too, including a Full English. The staff were also great, very helpful with any queries I had.

The rooms are clean and equipped with every detail, the decoration super nice, the breakfast amazing, the location perfect both for beach and city centre/restaurants. But the best is the staff, starting from the lady at the reception and that did extra mile to help us fixing even problems with car and also special mention to Tymo. Without his supervision of parking we would never found out the problem with the tyre before going to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel, especially the suite! Thanks for everything!

Although Manager was lovely, we were not satisfied with our stay. We had terrible incidents as our toddler, child and grandfather was stuck in the elevator for 20min late evening. We were really mistreated by the company responsible for the elevator. (Making fun of the situation, and extremely rude) I would suggest all to use stairs instead of elevator especially after 7pm. We also never received the new towels (we had limited towels to use at the end) during our 3days stay. Room is comfortable and location is great but if you have small kids or elder parents, I would pick a hotel stay with full time staff as no staff will on site after 7pm.

It was an amazing stay. The place is very clean and they clean your room every day and replace anything that was used. The staff was very friendly.

Great location. Walkable to restuarants and seafront. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern with a nespreso machine in the room and other tea/ciffee facilities. Breakfast vouchers are provided for four cafes within easy reach of the hotel. The bed was really comfortable with lively linen.

We loved this property. The room was beautiful and everything was very comfortable, just as it looks in the picture. The location is great, just a two minute walk to the water and lots of restaurants and shops close by. The property is not a traditional hotel. The reception is only open until 6 p.m. but this wasn't a problem. The staff are extremely helpful. Highly recommend it.
