Everything was within a short drive. we didn't have any problem looking for restaurant or markets.

Very nice and comfortable to stay in

I enjoyed my stay. The king sized bed was comfortable, the bathroom with large and clean, and the room was also large. My only suggestion would be to have coffee/tea available in the room. The host was very accommodating and gracious. I will definitely refer this to people looking for a room in White Rock.

Property was in a nice neighbourhood. The host was nice and pleasant. We didn’t use the kitchen or have breakfast or coffee in the morning since we were pressed for time but it was available. I had hoped for a coffee pot in the room but only a kettle and nothing else. Didn’t even have a TV. The bed was clean and very comfortable but the overall cleaning of the room could be better. There was still hair and dirt in the tub and the lower shelf was super dusty. Also water was not hot enough. Some water damage in room and unfinished plaster/ trim. Otherwise a very nice room in a beautiful house. Rooms are not soundproof so we were woke every morning at 7am to cooking and movement downstairs. An overall ok stay with acceptable hosts.

Stairs and shower were a little cramped but overall nice homey place. No TV in the room I had.

the house was very nice, the pillow cover's appeared to be a little dirty, maybe someone had some oily hair before us .. not sure .. and the body wash was empty in the shower

We enjoyed our 3 day stay. We stayed in 2 different rooms because I added an extra day at the last minute. The rooms were both clean, bathrooms were great. The master room has a wonderful spa like bath. Great common space downstairs. The basement rooms don't have an attached bath but it is 2 steps from your door. Each room has a private bathroom Our host made us a lovely breakfast each morning. Beautiful place to stay and it was a great location. 15 minutes to White Rock pier and shopping malls within walking distance Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The wonderful hospitality was very much appreciated

Friendly people , clean and bright rooms. Breakfast was good. Nice big patio to sit outside and spacious common area inside.

Mr sunny is a really nice guy I would recommend him if you are looking for a quick stay

Amazing host. House was very clean. The twin bed needs new mattress. There is a murky smell in the basement.

Due to a brief mistake, a double booking occurred, and the host kindly offered their private apartment unit instead. While the bedding and cleanliness didn’t fully meet expectations due to the last-minute preparation, we were still able to thoroughly enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The breakfast we had been looking forward to was kindly offered free of charge, which we appreciated. Seeing the host working hard and sincerely left a strong impression on us. Wonderful small talk! This is a BnB I highly recommend!

Very nice host, clean room in very large house in upscale neighborhood.

It’s a beautiful place very nice and quiet we came late last night he was very nice open the door. Only very minor problem not enough light in the bedroom it was hard for me to shave.

Sunny Island was convenient for me to visit family in South Surrey. The host was very helpful regarding time of arrival and charging my electric car.The room was comfortable and private.

It was a nice stay. The house was located in a very quiet and green neighborhood. It was neat and beautiful, and the host was very friendly. I would definitely reserve it again.
