Highly recommended. This is my 2nd time stay here. Near 7/11. Provides free tuktuk to Diana, a nearby shopping mall. Staffs are polite and friendly. Provides timely assistance every time. Room are cleaned daily. Room is also very spacious and comfy. Pillow are a bit flat. Hopefully they replace them soon. I'll comeback next year ♥️

Nice and clean, easy to find halal food. Kaitod Decha & Kelantan restaurant, 7-Eleven near by. The staff at the front desk had good communication skills and were helpful, they speak Malay.

Location and price is good. Room is spacious. Bed is huge. Bathroom is clean. One lady at the Reception can speak Malay.

We appreciate the room with such price range. Clean enough and very roomy (we are big group). I don't like the bathroom didn't have curtain between shower and toilet so water can splash everywhere especially after someone got into shower. Lucky no one gets hurt. Bonus point because one of the staffs who greeted us on check in can speak Bahasa Melayu. One big minus is in one of the rooms we booked (we booked 2x rooms), the water heater has instant noodle inside it left by the previous guest! Seems like the staff forgot to clean it! When we go to frontdesk to ask for a new one, the frontdesk didn't understand well, we had to use google translate, but even then, they only rinse the heater and give it to that same heater, even though we were asking for new one in their stock inventory.

The receptionist is very friendly, helpful, the room is spacious and clean, there is hot water, the price is very okay, strategic location, lots of places to eat, calm atmosphere.

The room is ok, the air conditioner is cool, but the water pipe is clogged.When taking a shower, the water does not flow down the pipe.
