Hotel very good but they should tell u that u cant use fire stick on tv as they have block tv fire stick but good location

i would like compensation for the bathroom, the shower would always flood the bathroom

Excellent location with just a few minutes walk for the main shopping area, restaurants and the river. Our room was clean and tidy and with everything you need for your stay. We got to the hotel before check in at 3pm and the reception staff were more thank happy to look after our luggage until we could check in

1.The Hotel is about a block away from where the 100E Airport Shuttle terminates. 2.The reception was very kind and welcoming, the check-in and check-out was troubleless. 3.There is a lift that connecting all floors, and rooms are easy to navigate. 4.The hotel is generally quiet and very clean. 5.The room was bigger than I expected with complimentaries you would generally expect. The Air Conditioning was a little cold despite the control, however it didn't bother me. The bed and mattress, floor and tables are neat and doesn't look or sound cheap. Sleeping was very comfortable. 6.The toilet and shower too was clean and comfortable. I loved the strong water pressure and the hot water, with wide-I mean-WIDE shower space. 7.The rooms are cleaned everyday and I believe the hotel puts a good effort to it. 8.The hotel is in walkable distance to many sights and restaurants. I was able to visit most of the places just in 2 days. The area where the hotel is located feels safe day and night although I did practice some cautionaries myself. 9.Overall, a 10/10 experience, I will absolutely stay again.

I hadn't realised how little facilities there would be. There's no meals, no bar for a final drink in the evening (or any other time) It's in a convenient situation and the room was fine.

First, no temperature control in the room. We were stuck with the pre set room temperature of 23 degrees. Front desk said it’s centralized and if we wanted to adjust he could not help because the technician would not be available till the next day. He suggested to open the window if we wanted cookies temperature. We did just that but the noise from the outside kept us awake . Second, the bottled water in our refrigerator was half consumed . I raised this with front desk worried that someone had come into our room while we were out . He said it could be from the last guest who stayed which the housekeeper failed to check. The shower area was too small and doors were not sturdy. All in all , I won’t stay in this hotel again. Many other better hotels for the price.

Terrific clean hotel in perfect location for exploring Budapest. WiFi was excellent too.

Lovely rooms

Property was close to everything and centrally located. Room had everything you needed although a bit on the small side. When we initially arrive, there was a very strong perfume in the room that they use that can be overpowering for those with sensitivities or allergies.

The hotel is located in the heart of Budapest downtown, walkable distance to everything. We enjoyed the stay. The personnel at the reception were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Our room was very spacious. The only negatives for us were 1. Shower/tub combination was dangerous as the tub was very high, and we needed to hold on to each other getting out of the tub after taking shower. 2. Something was in the air, not sure how it was applied but there was very strong smell in the room, even at night, of deodorizer.

Room was not clean as there was an earring on the floor from previous guest, splash marks on the wardrobe and in the toilet, hair by the sliding room only visible when the door was closed. Would not stay again even though location was very good

A Hidden Gem! A great and affordable hotel option in the heart of the shopping district with seemingly endless dining options. An easy 5 minute walk to the banks of the Danube and convenient to public transit. Friendly and helpful staff too!
