The Hotel lived upto all the reviews. Excellent allround experience. Hotel facilities are excellent located centrally to Shinjuku. The rooms are a good spacious size and the bed is very comfortable! Highly recommended!

Very cool hotel and very nice. Downstairs lobby bar cool vibe and great coffee and snacks. Train station a few blocks away, walkable for us and convenient to go anywhere in Tokyo.

Rooms are really small and facing the highway, so noisy even at nights.

Happy hour was an unexpected surprise! The stay felt so luxurious. The shower was above and beyond - I wish I could have stayed there longer!

Price is good but location is a bit of a walk to the subway. Hotel is okay was expecting a bit more for a 5 star Kimpton. Staff and service is excellent as you would expect from a Japanese 5 star hotel.

The cleanliness at this hotel is terrible and feels like the standards are lacking. Definitely should not be marketed as a 5 star hotel.

Chic hotel in the midst of one of the best areas in Tokyo. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and getting rides arranged. Social happy hour was great! Would definitely stay again!

The staff was phenomenal and the hotel is close to a variety of shopping and dining experiences as well as the public transportation. Definitely will be staying here again on my return trip to Tokyo.
