I enjoyed the pool but was disappointed that the sauna was inoperable. I was presented with the option of the hot springs in the spa but that was inoperable too. &, no hot tub :(

Arrived at the hotel around 11.30. Check in was disappointing as there wasn’t actually anyone at the desk. Rooms were not ready so did a pre check in and spent some time adding the information we gave in order to text us when the rooms were ready. Another party arrived at the desk for check in whilst we were there and had a very different experience with an another receptionist. Greeted, offered welcome drink, at which point, the lady who had been dealing with us for some 10 minutes or seemed to recall what we assumed was proper protocol and offered us a drink. No text. Went back to the hotel at 3.30pm to find one room was ready but none of the information I had given at pre check in had been recorded / saved … hence no text. The second room wasn’t ready until 20mins past official check in time.

The property is in a beautiful location, but is showing its age and lack of attention: Noticed chipped paint on many surfaces. The signage is very poor. My final bill was very confusing. It had many erroneous restaurant entries and then reversals. I spent 15 minutes trying to get a straight answer from the front desk, only to be told after several calls that they were due to “glitches“. The clerk who checked me out was highly annoyed that I dared to question my bill. The front desk needs to work on its communication and interpersonal skills.

Beautiful property with stunning views. The private beach is amazing and the staff is outstanding. Big and spacious room overlooking the bay. The best hotel in Bermuda.

This property does not deserve 5 star status. While the property itself is beautiful - the staff are untrained lazy and rude. Unable to complete basic tasks such as booking taxis. We would not stay here again and would recommend the VIP Access status is revoked as there is nothing VIP about this hotel.

Nice hotel. Just not my style to have to take a bus to get to the beach. We stayed at another resort that was right on the beach with stunning views and we preferred that.

Beautiful resort in the upscale Tucker Point area of Bermuda. Great for families and friends to enjoy.

Beautiful location. Dining options good. We enjoyed the golf course meal the most. Service is very good but not as amazing as other Rosewood properties we’ve stayed at. Room was faboulous as was view. Lots of multigenerational families and resort seem to cater to them. As a couple we found it a bit boring. We would come back with our kids but as a couple again we would probably stay at the Loren as it had more a vibe
