Nice hotel helpful staff

Centrally located hotel for business in local area. friendly and helpful staff

Excellent staff, room could use a small renovation, especially the shower door, hard to slide out. One of the security staff was not very pleasant, this was the day of March21st as I was checking out. He was constantly on his phone, used his foot to open and close the hotel door, did not move for housekeeper to map the front, did not greet guests. Other than that everyone else was great!

I have stayed at Yaas several times for work. It is perfect for what it is - a dorm room-size hotel room with the bare bones for people who need a place to crash and get breakfast. Staff is just lovely. I'd go back there just for them. They can also help with airport transport. I have however noticed that the infrastructure could use a facelift. Still I would go back. A good value in a lovely quartier - my favorite in Dakar with its dining options by the sea.

Decent place but they need to keep on top of the depreciation

It was a great experience at Yaas. Staff were nice. There was always a staff that spoke English. Hotel was pretty close to everything I needed. My only suggestion is that rooms with two guest should automatically have two towels.

The windows don’t open and it’s very noisy…

I will recommend this Hotel for anyone and everyone. Great food, professional staff, and perfect location.

The staff was exceptionally kind. The rooms remind me of the stay okay chain in Amsterdam, it’s modern and fresh. One of the few places in Dakar that includes breakfast. I stayed for a day but it was well worth it.

Yaas have very good staffs, Kodou, Aida Fall and the congolese guy from the restaurant were excellent same as the Security Team…Keep it up guys

As far as i know this hotel does not have any kind of VIP access All the rooms are just same Only difference is that there is a room with bunker beds
