Great hotel, highly recommend.

Average rating because it’s just a tired, average property. Not bad, not great… just tired

FYI: by mistake, I booked one day earlier. Tried to reach hotel by Expedia message and email, NO Response at all! Thank you Radisson!

A well maintained property. Comfortable room. Excellent staff. Self serve laundry available at no charge. Room service didn’t have a service charge. Area around the hotel is save to walk during day and early evening.

Clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast

It’s not 4 star hotel worthy. From stained carpets to flooding due to clogged shower drain and bad maintenance and bad management. Housekeeping that did not provide toilet paper nor towels. Hierarchy of service and treatment depending on country of origin. Terrible experience. I had to check out 2 days early and lose the money I had already spent because I refuse to be treated as lesser and not provided with the experience I paid for.

I cannot say enough, every one willing to help and go out of their way to support.

The property is excellent, offering a great atmosphere and quality service. However, they should focus on expanding the variety of food options, as the menu feels quite limited. A broader selection would enhance the overall dining experience and cater to a wider range of tastes.

Fantastic upgrade to a full suite and a platter of delicious snacks added for free. I even arrived early for checkin at 11 AM and they made a quickly assisted me to secure a room within minutes. What makes this a unique and special hotel is the fabulous staff that go out of their way to accommodate you and anything you need. There is no better hotel in Tana (and I've tried most of them now!).

A great room to work - like an office from home - plus a convenient kitchen and lovely roof top bar.

The staff were very attentive to my every need. They regularly provide bottles of drinking water in reusable bottles making this one of the most environmentally friendly hotels in Tana.
