At arrival I was asked to pay a 20$ damage fee that is not mentioned in rules and restrictions. Not sure what exactly the expect guests to steal or destroy for 20$ in very basic accommodation. Part of the staff was very kind, however one of them seamed angry/annoyed all the time. At one occasion, after kindly asking if I could have a breakfast, he almost yelled at me to sit down in order to get it. I didn't know standing in the breakfast area was a problem... There was a cockroach in my room, but apart from that the room seamed ok. Over all the price was too high for what you get. Also, there's no water tank to refill water! Some guests already complained about it.

The place was really nice except that there were people talking aloud after 10:30 PM but I don’t know what were the rules about it, other than that the place was really nice and the staff very courteous, Friendly and helpful and if possible I stay there again

THEY OFFERED A SINGLE BED ROOM WITHOUT ANY AIR CONDITIONING NOR FAN AND IT EVEN DIDNT HAVE A TOILET OR BATH ATTACHED.

I got so sick & they were so helpful in accommodating and helping me. Friendly and quick to respond. Much kinder than any hotel & a lot cuter too! Clean, safe, comfortable & helpful. 10/10

Cozy little hotel for budget travelers

We had a lovely stay here. The location is in a good neighborhood and it’s convenient to markets, restaurants, monuments and other attractions. The hotel itself is in a gated area with a guard and felt very safe. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, and there are cute decorative touches around the common areas and guest rooms. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Reasonably priced, too. A great option if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable with a local vibe!

Owners where really nice and helpful, room was comfortable and cool. Bonus was the pupusas for breakfast

The room is not that great but the garden is phenomenal. I came as a digital nomad and worked out on the patio every day and it was heaven. Never had an issue with WiFi either in the room or on the patio, and I am on Zoom calls all day. Limited staff able to speak English.

Very nice and friendly host. I didnt't stay more than 12 hours due to my travel itinerary to be able to judge much but it was pleasant. The only down side is that 4 rooms share one full bathroom.

Nice stay - owners friendly and gave me a nice upgrade - breakfast simple but tasty Nice relaxing areas to chill out Would be better if they had a garrafon of water as opposed to selling bottles for a dollar - garrafons only cost a few dollars to refill....

Excelente servicio de parte de los dueños del alojamiento, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y a brindarnos las mejores comodidades disponibles. El desayuno que brindan es exquisito y lo mejor es la gran actitud que tienen por brindar una estadía maravillosa. En conclusión, una experiencia genial en una ubicación muy buena, recomendadísimo!.

The place need it more cleaning smell bad. Did not ask if I need it something found hairs need more attention location was great
