We arrived late to find a massive hole in the path leading to our apartment, a plank to walk across with nothing to hold on to and a digger outside the door. The builders then started work at 7am each morning. We contacted the owners/management and they offered to move us so customer service was good but so not use this apartment. Shower head broken and bed collapsed.

We didn’t have hot water in the apartment, I was told it’s due to blew up fuses but it wasn’t the issue. We travelled with 3 young kids so this was a huge inconvenience. Otherwise a great location, decent place. The works in the garden were loud in the morning that woke us up at 7am but overall not the worse stay.

The location of the apartment is great. The place is spacious and clean. Some of the things are a little worn and the layout is not ideal (one huge bedroom with a double bed and two single beds), but it's a very good deal for Krakow.

Jätte bra läge i Krakow. Parkeringsmöjligheterna på gatan utanför var relativt goda med betalning 10 pm till 8 am ca 60 zloty. Sängarna var helt okej och pentryt var enkelt men fungerade. Ljudnivå var bra. Tyvärr hade lägenheten en dålig lukt från illaluktandes städpryler i hallen mm. Vi behövde vädra efter varje hemkomst.
