They locked the door and refused check-in at night. My flight was delayed and I arrived at the hotel at 3 AM. I had to walk the whole night for another hotel. They should make it clear that they don't accept late check-in. It was a nightmare for me. They were also rude, hung up the phone and were angry with me because I made a call at 3 AM.

I didn't stay 2 hours because it wasn't at all what was said in the ad! The hotel is on a very noisy street! (lots of motorbikes passing by) The photos show a great place but... the shutters in the living room are never open because the neighbouring houses are ugly (according to the owners) so the common room is in complete darkness. When it's cold....: if you're cold, you have to pay for the extra blanket to keep warm at night! I had booked 2 days and left after 1h30, even if not refunded! And the manager is really not friendly or condescending. ---- I left after spending 1h1/2 in the place: it is located on a very noisy street, the leaving room is not so clean and most important: in the darkness cause shutters are always closed! if you are cold during the day or night cause it's winter or whatever: you have to pay for an extra blanket!

I don't understand why I booked the transfer in advance, but when I got there, the manager still wanted me to transfer more deposit because he said the app had an error and couldn't receive the money. When it was resolved, I would get it back, but I haven't seen it yet. What a dishonest business.

A great experience at Tuna. The room quality is quite good, quiet and clean. Tuna is an ancient villa with a nostalgic feeling of Hanoi. The host is supportive. The surrounding facilities are complete, just a few steps to the windy West Lake.

Plus points: - 2nd floor toilet is clean, super hot water, strong, good shower. - bed has locker next to it, safe. - room has air conditioner and fan - airy - friendly, polite host, motorbike rental service, flexible hours. - around there are many restaurants and services. Minus points: - 3rd floor toilet is a bit small and narrow. - shared kitchen area should have rules for guests to clean up after using.
