The staff is very helpful, the hotel venue is nice and aesthetic, comfortable, but there is 1 spot on the floor of my room that seems to be continuously sticky/wet even though we don't use/spill water on that spot. Please pay more attention to the floor 🙏🏻

The check-in service was very fast, but the check-out service was very slow (it is still understandable because the hotel checks/ensures that the facilities in the room are still complete/not). For luggage, it is only brought to the lobby, not to the room. The bad experience is, FYI I stayed 3D2N. On Friday, check-in went smoothly, the luggage was brought up the lobby stairs and only to the lobby where the receptionist was. The rest to the room had to be carried by myself, coincidentally you can imagine the hassle of me carrying a small child & baby and other bags. If I were not with my husband, I would probably have a lot of trouble when entering the room with a suitcase and belongings. When compared to other hotels with lower stars, this hotel is still inferior in terms of service in my opinion. The second day, in the morning I asked permission from the men who often stay in the lobby, so I asked permission to go to the beach by bringing a hotel towel. FYI this hotel has a beach view and happens to be close to the beach around the hotel, when I asked permission to borrow a towel in my room to go to the beach, it was not allowed on the grounds that the hotel had lost 600 towels in 1 month. Now this is what the management needs to fix, when guests who are still actively checking in until the next day say and ask permission to borrow, it is impossible to steal towels. And stealing towels is not that easy, because when checking out the hotel checks again whether there are any missing items if not then check-out can be carried out with a deposit refund. Logically, I was not allowed to borrow towels on the grounds that the hotel had lost 600 towels in a month. Has the hotel checked its own employees before accusing me of intending to steal towels to be allowed to be taken to the beach? If a month is 30 days then in a day there are 20 towels that are declared lost.

very good, just don't check in late afternoon or you'll get the last room. Yesterday I asked for 3 non-smoking rooms but got 2 smoking rooms because my plane arrived in Balikpapan in the afternoon.
