The staff were polite, courteous, and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious, parking was convenient, and everything was clean.

Probably our 6th/7th time checked in this hotel. Bed is comfortable, shower is strong. No coffee making facility in the room. The water boiler is on the ground floor next to the front desk. The water temp not set to boil, only at about 70C. Luke warm coffee and hard instant noodles. Bring your own coffee/tea/chocolate as none is provided except only in the morning and only by the front desk. For those checking in with young children or for elderlies, bring your own small electric kettle and additional bottled water and your choice of drinks.

Everything is okay. The air conditioner is cool. The bed is soft. There is no noise. The check-out time is 12.00. I don't feel like I have to rush. But what I want to improve is that the pillow is too soft. When I sleep on it, it sinks. Everything else is good. If I have a chance, I will definitely stay again.

The staff can't speak English so it was a bit difficult when checking in. When checking in we had to deposit 200 baht. On the second day I stayed suddenly the lights went out in the morning, so I called the receptionist to ask how long the lights would last but my phone was hung up, either because they couldn't explain in English or didn't hear. But this was my first experience staying in a hotel and the lights went out + there was no generator in this hotel. So I had to wait for the lights to come back on who knows when 😫😫. The hot water also didn't work properly

The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, the staff are friendly, there’s hot coffee available, a smoking area, and Malaysian TV channels. In short, this hotel is excellent, close to everything, and most importantly, affordable. I’d come again next time.

The key card couldn't be opened. I went downstairs to report it and when I came back up to open it again, it still couldn't be opened. I called the counter and they said they would have the housekeeper come open it for me. It took about 10 minutes to wait. I just arrived and was tired. I had to stand in front of the room and wait. When the housekeeper arrived, she looked sullen and unwilling to provide service.

The hotel is clean and has parking. The staff take good care of you. Near Chi Chang Market Near the hotel there is a flea market in the evening, lots of food, and ordering delivery is very easy. Recommended.
