The friendly staff are very helpful, I was confused about connecting Netflix on the TV, but the staff was very helpful and quickly found a solution, overall everything is good.

Unique decor and helpful staff

The bedroom was comfortable, the hotel had a nice atmosphere, especially on the rooftop, but the soundproofing wasn't good, and loud banging could be heard until late at night. Breakfast was always out of stock even though there weren't many guests, perhaps the portion wasn't large, and the refills took a long time, so we couldn't have breakfast. When we first checked in, we had to wait because the toilet was having problems, but hopefully it can be better. The concept and location are already good.

For breakfast, I recommend adding more variety and refilling on time. Other than that, it's really good. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly and accomodative. The room is so spacious and comfortable. There are some spots that are prone to ants, but that's not a big issue. Although limited, the food is good.

We love to stay at this hotel. It is like a resort in the middle of the city, very near Setiabudi MRT station or you can go to LRT Dukuh Atas, very convenient in the heart of Jakarta city. The price is very affordable. You can hang out at the rooftop viewing Jakarta night lights. You can take the MRT to Bundaran HI. It's nice to stay during Sunday because you can have a fun walk at Sudirman Sunday CFD, very convenient. Will definitely come back to this hotel for a Jakarta trip.

The room was okay. However, the bathroom was quite small. The TV was smart, and dinner was delivered to my room. I didn't even have time to check out the restaurant upstairs. Parking is also available in the basement for both cars and motorbikes.

It was wonderful. Great location near the city center, friendly staff, and a clean, comfortable room with a lovely ambiance. I also enjoyed the food at the rooftop café, which offers great city views. It was a bit on the pricey side, but the experience makes it worth. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

I booked my ticket on the weekend. It's a bit pricey for that price. I need some feedback: the hot water refills don't work. Breakfast isn't very varied. The rooftop is incredibly cool. The rest is probably just so-so.

Hotel offers excellent hospitality. The staff were amazing: housekeeping, room service, the breakfast team, and the rooftop restaurant staff were all very kind and attentive. The staff in the restaurant were extremely nice, super attentive, and always smiling, truly an amazing experience. I would also like to give special thanks to the front desk team, especially to Ragil (not sure if I spelled it correctly), who handled my check-in. He was very nice and social, which made the arrival experience even better. I also want to give a special thanks to the ladies at breakfast, who always reminded me to grab anything I needed before the buffet was closed. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot, especially because I was often very focused on my work on my laptop. I stayed in room 111 for almost two weeks, and I am very grateful for the experience. Hospitality and service during a vacation are things I always value, especially as I am also a hotelier. Many thanks to all of you for your warm hospitality.
