I booked a suite on the app with photos of a bathtub in the room, but in fact, the receptionist said they never open suite rooms for booking on the app... ended up getting a regular room..., just a suggestion, please wipe the feet and wash them., the floor can't be mopped... and the glasses in the room can be washed...

A strategic hotel located in the city center, comfortable rooms for resting, clean, friendly staff and fast response if we need anything. Breakfast is also complete and delicious. When I entered the room... it was damp, the tiles were dirty, the chairs had gel-like marks and the tiles looked oily, when I returned to the bed, the sheets were dirty and had been slept on by someone else, my husband and I took a chance to open the sheets and it turned out the mattress was dirty and had blood marks... I was very disappointed... even though this was my first time in Banjarmasin...

The hotel's location is strategic, in the middle of the city, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. But, sorry. The room is not soundproof, so people's voices are very loud. The bedroom facilities, dirty sheets, and generally unclean hotels, for the price I've stayed at hotels next door that are much better. The bathroom is shabby, the towels are dirty. The food is honestly not tasty, not fresh, and the chicken soto (shredded boiled egg) smells so bad, like it's stale. One more thing: There's a parking fee, this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel with parking.

Intentionally checked in late around 14.30 but the room was not ready, waited until 15.00 almost 15.30 finally could enter the room, and the position of the room floor was still wet, the hotel corridor floor was sticky, dirty, on the last day at 11.30 the room key was no longer working so if you wanted to take your stuff in the room you had to report to the receptionist first. If you checked in late you were kicked out earlier heheh

Sorry to give a bad rating because the room is indeed cramped, dirty, and especially the sheets were not changed, aka only given perfume. Because the musty smell can still be smelled and the color of the sheets is dull/brown and there are many dirty spots on the blanket 😭. Not to put me down but I happened to get a room like that. Where it's not from the wall of the room so the sound of the people next door can be heard. It's sad even though the front of the hotel looks great but the inside is a dud.
