easy check in.. clean and fragrant room

The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The admin staff was very helpful, the room facilities were all excellent: the sheets smelled nice, the bed linens were neat and clean, the bathroom was also clean, the toiletries were complete, the water heater worked well, the refrigerator was cold, the AC was also cold, and water was provided in gallon jugs. The facilities are very comfortable and will be a favorite for a staycation.

It's actually nice and comfortable but there are a lot of small cockroaches, so there's not much room freshener.

The bathroom is full of cockroaches. There is no solution from the event agent for a refund, which is even the agent's fault for not providing accommodation that does not match the picture. Below is the exoectation.

Actually everything is okay, the admin is responsive, the unit is neat and clean. But I don't know why there are so many cockroaches in the unit. Even on the mattress 😭 so I didn't stay there for those 2 days. Hopefully next time there will be treatment. Yesterday's unit was in the Emerald Tower, 25th floor.

The room is clean and comfortable, for that price it's really okay for me, I can rest comfortably.

Very disappointing. I rented it just to sleep in and didn't bring an iron. Suddenly, I was accused of having a stained pillow. In the end, the deposit was deducted and only half was returned. The admin on duty during the day, 08/07/2025, was really trying to make a profit. It's bad.

Yesterday I tried a staycation here from April 12-14, what attracted me was the fast response and very friendly staff, the deposit was also sent quickly and the room was clean overall, just maybe a little input is that the mattress could be replaced because it has sagged/flatten in the middle, just a little minus otherwise it's okay.

Friendly staff, fast check-in process, most importantly the apartment is clean and smells good, next time I go to Lagoon, I will definitely look for Mr. Rent again.

There was a problem with the bathroom lights being dim, confirmed with the staff and they immediately approved it to be replaced. No need to wait an hour to replace it. Great job, they were very helpful! Not disappointing for the first time staying here!

staff ⭐100 for clean room but (-) maybe the room has just been sprayed with baygon/similar so there are +/- 10 insects on the floor and they are still alive but stoned, that's what they call it lol so just sweep it up and it's done 💪🏼 (-) the water heater turns on for 5 seconds then turns off so there's no hot water for bathing. (-) please pay attention to the mattress because it's not comfortable to sleep on. but overall it's nice, it's okay because it's cheap (+) fragrant room 🌷 (+) complete soap, shampoo, toothbrush (+) complete cooking utensils, gas (+) safe electricity (+) clean and shiny bathroom ✨ 🫶🏼 (+) smooth wifi 🎉 (+) deposit refund process is also fast 💕
