Fave Hotel is always our reference when we stay in Ketapang because of its strategic location, very spacious parking and the hospitality of the hotel crew.

Hotel staff helped with the process of moving to a similar room, when the AC in the first room was leaking.

Good hotel, very friendly prices. The service is fast and friendly. Only for cleanliness there is a little attention to be paid, cleanliness for water jugs, hot water jugs, glasses and others. Because I checked in, the water jug had ants, the coasters and others also had ants. Changed another water jug but it looked less clean so I ended up not using the water jug at all and bought my own mineral water. And also meticulousness. After cleaning and tidying the room, forgot to refill if there was toilet tissue running out, coffee sachets running out and others. That's all the lack. Everything else is OK.

Comfortable for families who want to stay overnight, especially if you bring a baby, it's really great😉😉

The hotel's location is very strategic, as it's integrated with a mall and has numerous food vendors nearby. The only downsides are the lack of windows in the rooms and the limited breakfast menu. However, cleanliness is quite good, the rooms are cool, and the Wi-Fi is good. So far, I've had no complaints during my four-night stay here.

Although the room lacks windows for air circulation, it's not stuffy at all. The wet toilet is a bit of a hassle, and the toilet exhaust takes more than a day and a night to dry the wet floor.
