The room I booked was not provided!

The inn is not in accordance with the recommendations, very dirty, the air conditioner is not cold.

Very dirty, the room looks like it's not been broomed, the bathroom is very dirty.

The bathroom roof leaked. Rooms are ok.

1st time came to check in, the hotel representative didn't want to accept my booked ticket from app. they said they have no contract with agent. so I cheated said that I booked via O*O. They want me to add the price because they said it is not same with their price standards. after long fights with other customers, finally they want to accept us. they placed me in a very very bad room. no toilet door, no towel, even I asked make up room they didn't do that. because I booked for 2 nights. I hate this hotel so bad. please WARN them ! I have the room video if needed. just email me.

The suggested room was not available so I had to find another hotel.

The room type ordered does not exist. Cannot refund on site. So you have to pay additional money for other types of rooms. Minimal facilities (1 star).
