The room facilities are fine. The Wi-Fi is quite smooth. The receptionist and security staff are friendly. The location is in the Purwokerto area. However, the system is still traditional, such as requiring a physical card deposit refund. This should be upgraded to an electronic (paperless) system. The hotel owner is requested to upgrade their room card refund system. The hotel's rental price is not commensurate with this traditional system. You (the hotel owner) are offended by this complaint, so I will address it politely and face-to-face.
