Unfriendly, do not understand anything.

Prices do not match the application, asked to pay more. The reason OYO is full, only regular rooms are available. Why not include a full room when it's finished. There is no television either, no hot water either. The sink is broken.

Minimal facilities are not satisfactory.

There is no notification that the room + facilities are under maintenance. Finally got a room that doesn't have a tv and the toilet is not clean. But overall the ac is on and the water is smooth and the bed smells good.
