The hot water in the bathroom was not on, it had been reported to the receptionist, the officer only said that it would be checked but it was not fixed until the last day of returning home.

The breakfast main menu lacks variety. That's all, the rest is amazing.

Today check out, the receptionist was very uncommunicative. Asked the difference between superior and deluxe rooms, couldn't answer, asked where to complain, just kept quiet. Deluxe room but like superior, small, smelly bathroom often flooded.

Clean, nice staff. Booked for 2 similar rooms but got a different type of rooms at different floor.

The room did not provide amenities, called the receptionist and said it was by request. This is a star hotel, but how is it that amenities are by request? The room tended to be dirty, when you entered there was no bathroom mat. You had to ask and call the receptionist several times before it was delivered.
