The AC was not cold enough, the shower gel was out of stock and not checked before the guest checked in. I had called the receptionist and housekeeping did not come.

It was a pleasure to stay here...if I go to Bengkulu again, I want to stay here again.

It was very memorable and enjoyable. I hope to visit again sometime and experience the comfort of staying at a luxurious and magnificent hotel in Bengkulu City.
