The sheets were dirty and the unit smelled of cigarettes, no towels were provided. The floor was sticky, the electricity was out.

The service was very disappointing, the apartment management misread the order as it should be 2 units 1 night, but thought it was 1 unit 2 nights. And the unit provided is also not suitable for a capacity of 5 people, it only fits 3 people, even though it was previously confirmed via WA. And I had to wait to be replaced with another unit and wait for another unit to be ready from 14.00 to 16.30 on the grounds that it had not been cleaned. But in each unit the gallons are all empty and it looks like they haven't been cleaned. And the apartment even blamed the customer on the grounds that there were lots of orders and lots of people checking out on that day. If you can't provide the unit, don't accept the order! When we checked in the units should have been ready and available, all of them were still wandering around looking for units from one tower to another looking for empty units!

Sangat tidak rekomendasi, heran liat ratingnya, tidak sesuai. Masuk ke ruangan ketemu barang berantakan di dapur, sisa-sisa kotoran di kulkas, toilet. Tempat tidur berantakan, sewa 3 hari 2 malam langsung aku tinggalin, ngga apa-apa rugi dari pada tinggal di tempat yang kotor dan tidak nyaman

Ordered 2 bedrooms and got a studio, the staff immediately looked for an available 2 bedroom unit. It really smells like cigarettes but it's not bad.

Rate from me 6.5 stars. Okay, the place isn't too small, my only suggestion is that dirty floors are cleaned in more detail, the sheets are replaced so there are no stains.

Kamar kotor, udah gak ngerti karena gak layak huni dan disebut sekelas apartemen, tidak diurus dengan baik, sprei kotor dan minta digantikan, datang malam hari jadi gak keburu cari penginapan lain, kapok nginap di sini. Manajemen apartemennya juga tidak baik, tanpa seragam jadi diragukan keamanannya. Mending hotel melati sepertinya

Highly recommended. The inn is clean, the rooms are quite spacious, complete equipment such as TV, cooking utensils, strategic location (right above the mall). Disadvantages: the air conditioner is a little less cold.

To be honest, I was actually disappointed with a budget of 450, but I got a room that was ready like this. Actually the staff is really friendly, only the room is original, the bathroom is dirty until I found 2 cockroaches. The cutlery also smells of cockroaches. The walls are peeling off, the table and property are like in the photo damaged, the TV can't be used, there are no channels. As a result just calm down in the room, continue to sleep. Ask for help in improving the facilities because honestly it's not feasible.

Poor gas after asking for a replacement instead of saying. A tomorrow morning.

Kamarnya bersih, fasilitas lengkap. Paling enak towernya satu dengan mall. Kolam renang besar, tapi kalo berenang pagi harus muter depan mall, gak bisa lewat belakang (nunggu mall buka), proses check in nunggu agak lama sekitar 30 menit. Tapi secara overall worth it, cocok untuk keluarga, fasilitas dapur, AC, ruang keluarga oke semua

Bagus, bersih, AC nya dingin, air hangatnya ada. View nya bagus banget lihat indahnya Jakarta di malam hari. Recommended deh pokoknya.

Pros: Clean. Fully furnished so that guests have plenty of storage space. Disadvantages: Internet is down. No iron. No blankets.
