Look, you get what you pay for. The beds are comfortable and clean. The rest of everything is run down and not very good. I moved rooms because the shower head was blocked up and only had water spraying out of 4 holes. The new room had no shower head, just the pipe, which was honestly better in my opinion. However, the toilet water pipes were leaking heavily. The toilet looked dirty, but I think it was just stained. Every surface in the bathroom was stained and weird. The tap at the sink was loose, and the whole tap turns when you use it. The walls of the bathroom and shower were not clean. Whatever is on them can be cleaned off easily; I tried. They offered to move me back to the first room because they "fixed" the shower (they didn't). And when they showed me, the room had been prepared for a new guest, but the bathmat was still wet. The provision of toiletries and conveniences was inconsistent between the two rooms. One had hand soap and a kettle (no cups or anything else to use with it), and the other had nothing. Cosmetic issues like peeling wallpaper and laminate on furniture, broken light fixtures, holes in curtains. The pool looks okay, but the shallow pool definitely had weird slime at the bottom. Breakfast was okay, Indonesian style and vegetarian. I moved to Simfony. It was miles better.

The location is OK but the rest is bad especially when there was no water supply at all after midnight and only available in the morning.

It was a good hotel but really need good maintenance, hot water worked well, Their services was good, breakfast ok for Indonesian but not for foreigners. The restaurant had delicious food so you don't need to go out for lunch or dinner. There is no elevator so the staff have to carry it up our luggage
