Location very good! Staff very friendly and helpful

conveniently located right next to JR Hakodate Station and opposite Hakodate Market. Will stay here again if I ever visited Hakodate again.

Excellent location next to JR. Room was compact and alright. The breakfast had many varieties of food. Overall a pleasant stay!

I think the location of this hotel is strategic, very close to the train station (in fact it is located in the same building as the station). Incidentally, I myself didn't experience any problems with the hotel, but the friend I was traveling with had a frightening instinct about the conditions in the hotel room, which happened to have a window facing the train tracks. After asking the management to change the location of the room, they were told that the type of room we ordered was no longer available, if we wanted to move to another type we had to add more money. They don't help provide the best solution for their guests.

The hotel is next to the train station. Traveling is very convenient.
