Friendly staff, strategic hotel to Malioboro. But sorry for the cleanliness, suitability and facilities of the hotel are very bad and do not match the application photos. There are worms in the bathroom, lots of flying ants, the room quality is very bad (rust everywhere), stuffy room. I had to go to the trouble of finding another hotel because it was impossible to sleep in a room like that, it's okay to spend more money because it can't be refunded than to sleep for a few days in horror

Very close to Malioboro Street, suitable for vacation, clean, comfortable, clean bathroom, TV and AC work well. If there is a chance for a vacation, I will definitely stay here again 😎

This hotel offers a "homey" atmosphere, so it's not a modern hotel. Therefore, all the facilities in the room feel old-fashioned. The room size is narrow. The room is damp and has minimal natural light. There are options for rooms with fans or air conditioning. But in our room, the air conditioning faced the bed directly. One factor that we found very lacking was the lack of hot water for bathing. The plus point of this hotel in our opinion is its location. It is located very close to Jalan Malioboro and right across from the famous Gudeg Lindu. This hotel is also within walking distance from Tugu Station. The staff is very friendly. There is a fairly large motorbike parking area inside. The car parking area in front is only big enough for about 2-3 cars. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that serves delicious food and friendly prices, although the menu variety is limited.

The second time staying here, the distance is very close to Malioboro and the station, the place is unique compared to the surrounding hotels, clean, neat, aesthetic, all the staff are very friendly. Every time we go to Jogja, it seems like it will always be our choice of accommodation

Rushed through checkout. 10 minutes late, fine of 90 thousand 😅😂 ask for a king bed with 2 single beds put together. So the child sleeps in the middle of the bed divider which has spaces made from the wood of the bed. When I ordered I didn't pay attention to the AC, it turned out there was a fan in the room. I think now all accommodation automatically has AC 😅 really strategic location. Nice close to Malioboro. Come out immediately gudeg mbok lindu. Maybe later if you want to order above the price of 300, the room will have AC. Good atmosphere. Some people have their faces bent and some are friendly 😂.

It is very close to Malioboro. It is literally just a short walk. The atmosphere is like the old days starting from the building and the furniture. There is no cupboard, no refrigerator in the room. But this is the hotel. I chose this hotel because the location and distance are quite close to Malioboro and the station

Overall for this hotel with that price is okay, but the drawback is in the bathroom, namely the smell of the sewer and the water channel is a bit clogged. The water is also a bit dirty (there is sand). Suggestion for the hotel: add more plugs in the room (at least 2 plugs).
