Hello everyone, yesterday I booked room number 106 of the accommodation and was very disappointed with the room because the bathroom smelled very strong and smelly and the smell was unpleasant all night long. We almost couldn't sleep because the bathroom smelled so bad. You can go up and check it out. This is the first time I have encountered an accommodation with such a strong and smelly bathroom smell that spread throughout the room. I am really dissatisfied and disappointed. Last night, my family could hardly sleep because the perfume smell was so strong. We had to spray a whole bottle of perfume but it didn't help. I have talked to the front desk staff and they only gave vague answers, clearly stating that they would notify someone to check and would not take any action to resolve the customer's complaint. It is very bad that there was no apology at all. I do not think about renting a damaged room and taking money from customers.

ที่พักหาง่ายมากค่ะ แบกเป้ไปพักคนเดียวเดินชิลๆเข้าที่พักได้เลยค่ะ ห้องพักให้ความเป็นส่วนตัวดีมากค่ะ แต่ห้องน้ำแอบมีกลิ่นและห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียงเท่าไหร่ค่ะ ประทับใจมากค่ะ😍
