I stayed here for a day due to a seminar at ICE BSD. It was quite enjoyable, especially the breakfast variety and delicious taste.

I love the bedroom and bathroom, which are always clean and odorless. The sheets and pillows are also clean and white, odorless. I've stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. Located right next to Aeon BSD Mall. Comfortable stay although the bed was rather hard. Breakfast was decent with an extensive Indonesian spread.

Friendly staff and good breakfast

I had booked well in advance and had noted the 3rd-4th floor, but when I arrived to check in at 4:00 PM WIB, the receptionist said the rooms were full on those floors and the 9th floor was ready. I had to wait 15-30 minutes. I asked for a lower floor because I have a fear of heights, she said there was a 6th floor but I had to wait 1 hour because the room was not ready yet, citing Eid. It was really disappointing considering I came home from Bandung at 7 AM and arrived at the hotel at 4 PM, and even then I still had to wait 1 hour, how tiring...
