I would have given 4 stars as the room fulfilled my expectations for a €36 a night budget hotel. But the toilet belonging to my room did not function. An the check-in is worse than the TSA check when entering USA🤢! As with all Palermo properties the walls are made of paper so no noise insulation at all and on the other side everyone has the acoustics of Pavarott,📢🔊& Callas,📣🔊.

We only stayed for one day, but the rooms were clean & spacious. The receptionist was really patient with us & helped us settle in our rooms.

What a delightful stay I had in the heart of old town Palermo! The location couldn’t be more perfect, allowing me to soak in all the charm and beauty of the area. The service was absolutely top-notch – the ladies who worked there were incredible! They were always available to answer questions and provided all the information I needed with such warmth and kindness. The rooms were absolutely spotless, and everything was washed to perfection – I really appreciated that attention to detail! However, I did find the external bathroom a bit of a downside, as it impacted my privacy during my stay. Overall, it was a joyful experience, and I'm grateful for the cleanliness!. I would definitely recommend Palermo Central!

Very clean and comfortable rooms in a quiet neighborhood, ten to fifteen minutes walk to the market and all city highlights. Plus a balcony for smokers. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night and everything was great. Even before we arrived the staff was very kind through the check-in process. They gave us tips on how to arrive, the cheapest and best solutions. The self check-in was smooth and the code for both doors worked without issues. The room was great, everything was clean and in good shape. The bathroom is outside of the room but, again, very clean, and private, with a single key to access. The breakfast was delicious. Really good croissants with our requested flavours. Yogurt, cereals, honey, jam and juices. Would recommend and return.
