Don't expect too much, but for Prabumulih, this hotel is quite comfortable.

Sorry, I gave it a bad rating. The sheets and pillowcases didn't seem to have been changed, and there were safety pins in the mattress. The blanket was dirty. The room smelled musty. The floor was dirty and dusty.

There was only one room key, when I asked the receptionist for a double room key, they said there wasn't one, just leave the key here. The bed sheets and sarban were a mix of white and gray and were stained. I couldn't bear to wipe the towels on my body, they were so dirty. Especially the bathroom, the toilet was like who knows when it was last cleaned and the walls were also in bad shape. For breakfast, they said check-in was at 6, but when I got there they said it was ready at 6:30. There was nothing good about it, it didn't match the price you get for a good hotel in Palembang. Totally disappointed.

The room is not soundproof enough. So the voices of people from outside the room can be heard clearly. Incidentally, when we stayed there were many children from other guests, so it was quite disturbing to our comfort while resting.
