The hotel is nice, neat and clean but unfortunately it is not in the middle of Seminyak area so you have to walk quite far.

Dengan harga 375rb/malam saat high season, hotel ini sangat recommended untuk daerah Seminyak. Kamar bersih sesuai foto dan fasilitas bintang tiga beneran. Request connecting door dipenuhi. Mbak yang di front desk ramah banget dan proses cek-in cepat.

This is the 3rd time staying here, but for the last time, the service was quite disappointing. Want to book by whatsapp, but the response is very long. Finally booked by application. Was given a room with a connecting door, even though I didn't request a connecting door. Because I wasn't comfortable with the room that had a connecting door, I asked to change rooms, promised to continue tomorrow. Until 5 days of stay finally did not move rooms. Please improve the service further.

Sebenarnya hotelnya bagus cuma terlihat kurang terawat banyak kotoran cicak di depan pintu kamar dan tidak di bersihkan begitupun dengan kamar mandi yang tercium bau tidak sedap, saluran pembuangan air juga banyak rambut (harusnya dibersihkan dulu sebelum saya check in) dan agak mampet sehingga air lambat untuk habis di kamar banyak semut, terus air mineral refill sehingga ragu untuk minum (bukan air minum kemasan) di sprei banyak bercak gitu positifnya mbak-mbaknya ramah, hottelnya sedia banyak handuk ada hairdryer alat mandi lengkap tapi untuk shampo refill (bisa digunakan tamu selanjutnya) bukan kemasan sekali pakai kalo reapet order mikir-mikir lagi kayaknya 🤔.

Stayed 8 nights, actually the hotel is good at that price. But the lack of manpower and cleanliness need to be improved, it's a shame the sanitary bathrooms are not maintained, and the frame and door leaves have gaps, need more touch up. For order requests, please pay more attention, because upon arrival there are still things that don't fit. Swimming pool water circulation is rarely turned on. For Mr. Security, please teach ethics and courtesy to guests/customers. On December 26, 2022, if you want to add more rooms, you can't, they say it's full until 31. Hopefully, in the future, Wirton can be even better.

Harga termasuk murah. Kamar bersih, nyaman. InsyaAllah kalau ada kesempatan ke Bali mau nginap di sini lagi

Ada harga ada rupa sih saya ga harap untuk layanan yang sempurna, cuma ada beberapa note saya check in jam 9 malam kurang lebih cuma saya check out jam 12 malam lebih dikit. 1. Untuk kategori bisnis hospitality kebersihan sangat kurang ini terlihat di dalam lift ini tidak pernah di bersihkan karena terlihat bekas muntahan yang ga pernah dicek dan dibersihkan jadi bercak masih ada. Terus lorong area dikarenakan sore habis hujan jadi air dimana-mana dan ini tidak dikeringkan jadi ada potensi bahaya. 2. Untuk tipe suite yang saya pilih sebenernya secara ukuran it's enough cuma mungkin ini kendala pas tamu check in ini tidak dicek dulu sebelum tamu masuk ke room ini sih sudah well prepared ada ga ada tamu ready room, cuma kondisinya di bed itu ada kotoran debu ya jadi saya tidak bisa tidur nyaman karena di badan gatal. 3. Sebenarnya lokasi it's oke dan desain kamar juga lumayan cuma dari pihak manajemen itu tidak pernah ada maintenance yang rutin jadi untuk pintu kamar mandi di room suite itu tidak bisa ditutup dan dikunci bahkan handle nya juga sudah mau lepas. So ini sangat disayangkan karena tidak terjaga padahal tergolong bangunan baru jadi kayak sudah usang. Dan kemungkinan juga pada waktu pembangunan tidak ada rockwool jadi dari kamar suite itu kita bisa kedengaran orang main di pool terus orang ngomong di lantai 3 juga kedengaran karena yang saya butuhkan ketika stay di satu tempat yang saya butuhkan cuma nyaman dan hening juga perlu. 4. Staff untuk lobby sih oke but security ketika saya mau masuk untuk parkir juga tidak ada layanan seperti di hotel atau guest house pada umumnya. Bahkan saat saya check out pun security juga santai dengan HP nya dan sangat cuek. Saya tipe orang yang review apa adanya even harga murah as long as itu nyaman dan good service saya pasti akan kasih bintang banyak dan score bagus. Note: Saran saya mungkin dari pihak manajemen lebih memperhatikan lagi untuk maintenaince, briefing staff untuk hospitality business karena saya juga running company di bidang yang sama. Untuk sales occupancy mungkin bisa dipertimbangkan untuk long term stay occupancy saja kayak monthly cuma ya harus dipertimbangkan dengan layanan staff dan kebersihan lebih lagi. Jadi bisa mendapatkan income lebih daripada harus kejar untuk daily rental.

Should have been given a hanger that needed to be cleaned when we stayed more than 1 night & we told housekeeping to clean it but our room was not even cleaned at all.

The internet is really bad, the air conditioner is leaking, the pool is dirty, but just for sleeping it's ok, the area is strategic too.

The room was small but nice and clean. Worth for the price, the staff also nice.

The hotel is fairly new, classy sanitary, lady americana mattress, comfortable pillows, bed linen, clean towels. The air conditioner is very cold, the mini fridge is cold, the service response is good. Minus the swimming pool water is not clear, in the future it may be more noticed. Like the hotel does not provide a bellboy. Because the number of employees is not much. I don't mind, because it's more comfortable being independent. Overall GOOD. Next come back again.
