Staycation with family here, the place is very spacious, clean, and complete.

Great place to stay, close to PIK Mall.

Comfortable atmosphere. Clean rooms, suitable for families. Nice and spacious swimming pool. Close to tourist attractions and malls.

For the price it is relatively expensive, not very clean, the service is very poor.

My first experience staying here, I took a family room with 2 rooms, the room was comfortable, clean, breakfast was delicious, even without breakfast you can just cross the street where there are lots of food stalls.

All good, but the food is standard

The room is comfortable, the food is quite good, the smoking room is hard to find (it has to be outside the lobby)

Mr. Ripal is very helpful and kind.

We stayed in 3 bedrooms with air conditioner, a living room which has a TV, dining table, 1 kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. These rooms are clean and quite comfortable. One gallon of mineral water, eating and drinking utensils are available. The location is good. Across the road, there is a fresh market / small shops that sell lots of food and drinks.

Clean place, very complete facilities

The outdoor pool area is great. That was a highlight. The location is also good for exploring the many culinary scenes PIK has to offer however don’t expect the Oakwood lever of luxury. The hallways are quite drab and the breakfast also wasn’t great. It’s mixed in with a residential apartment building. The staff from the other buildings are extremely unhelpful. We understand that we are oakwood guests but given that its a shared area, extending a common helpful courtesy, nothing major just giving directions etc, would be nice. Had a nice time at the pool but we wouldn’t come back

Weekend getaway with friends at Oakwood PIK Stay was decent, but several things could be improved. Room size felt quite small, package delivery wasn’t allowed to the room, pool access was limited by key card policy, and bathroom cleanliness could be better. Front desk response could also be more professional. Overall, not quite the Oakwood apartment standard we expected, but still okay for a short stay. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5)

Comfortable place, only the cellphone signal is a bit difficult

Overall the experience stay at Oakwood is good, is just need to have improvements on the toilet cleaning, there are blood stains on the edge of the toilet

Suitable for travelers or those looking for a good apartment

The hotel staff is friendly, comfortable in general
