This accommodation is a spectacular scam for individual guests, when compared to the price you have to pay. I think Doan Gia only focuses on group guests. 1. About the location: quite good, close to many shops and the pier to go to Phong Nha cave. 2. About the design: The pictures posted on Traveloka are not close to reality. At first, I chose it because the architecture hugs a cool green canal. But in reality, that canal is not as green and fragrant as in the picture. 3. About the accommodation experience: The price is equivalent to 4-5 star hotels in Quang Binh, but the accommodation experience is 1 star: - Group guests organize a pool party with singing and karaoke until 22:00, you will not be informed about it in advance and have to endure it until 22:00 - The accommodation price includes a breakfast buffet, but in reality, we were only served a breakfast buffet (a few dishes) on the day that coincided with the group guests. The next day we went down to have breakfast at 7:30 and witnessed the staff arguing about why they didn't inform us that there were 2 single guests, and they made us wait 20 minutes for a guy in shorts and a t-shirt to bring back a motorbike to buy 2 bowls of noodles for us to eat. - Not cleaning the room: When we asked, they said they sympathized, they missed it because they usually reported it to the tour leader. They really don't intend to serve single guests. 4. Space inside the room: The bathroom was cramped and smelled musty. You should consider carefully before choosing this place if you are traveling alone, nearly a million a night for such a bad experience!

My stay at Doan Gia was really good and fantastic.

Too bad!!!! Disappointed in everything. The bungalow room is too small, the soundproof is too bad (every night partying can't sleep), the price is too expensive (bike rental up to 60k/h). Arbitrarily changing rooms without permission, nor apology. Poor service attitude of the staff. Wifi is too slow, can't work. In short, VERY Frustrating. If I can give 0.5 stars, I will also give
