Staff were accommodating

The shower drain was clogged. The water didn't flow and it was dirty. The electricity in my room was out so I asked for it to be fixed but they said it wouldn't be fixed until the next day I was in trouble so I asked if I could change rooms, but they said it was not possible as they were fully booked. I checked the website and the room was available. I realized this was a lie, so I asked for a refund and was given a different room. This is the worst reaction I have ever experienced.

The staff members are very friendly and supportive. There are supermarkets and resutaurants around the hotel, so the location is very good. Relatively, this hotel is very good and convinient.

Le personnel est serviable, souriant et professionnel

Hôtel bien situé en plein centre d’Antananarivo, pratique pour se déplacer à pied et proche des commerces et restaurants. La chambre est simple mais agréable, propre et confortable pour un court séjour. L’ascenseur est un vrai plus, surtout avec des bagages. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans être exceptionnel, mais suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel, et le rapport qualité/prix est intéressant. Une bonne adresse si tu cherches un hôtel central, fonctionnel et sans mauvaises surprises.

Deuxième séjour dans le même établissement : tout simplement convaincu qu'il fallait y revenir !

Room was simple and clean. And price is low. But,mosquitos in the room during the night. Plus the walls are pretty thin,so can be a bit noisy.

C'est un hotel du centre-ville près du jardin de Antananarivo avec de bons restaurants à proximité. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et accommodant. C'est facile de communiquer avec eux via what's app.
