In the beginning, we were afraid that no information was received from the hotel regarding the passcode to enter the hotel and room number. After we arrived at the hotel, there was information of contact details, then when we contacted the PIC responded right away. Surprisingly, the hotel room also can accommodate for 4 people. We liked the bathroom which separated from the toilet. The location also close to the subway station and bus station which also plus point.

The hotel is nice, minimalist, comfortable. Unfortunately, the application does not provide the key retrieval code for the locker. It should be several hours before check-in time, the application sends a locker code. Check-in time is 16.00 but I only arrived at the scene at 18.00 & the locker code was not sent. I had to wait up to 1 hour before I could get the key. Luckily, there were other people at the crime scene who wanted to call the hotel, so we were able to get the room key from the locker.
