Location is OK. Clean and supportive, responsive staffs, manager listened to customer and try to react properly, it 's very good! The room is small and key was not working for twice times, had to wait receptionists long time due to rush hour, housekeeping does not have master key to help. Food is not nice taste especially soup type. Serving display is not good.

My family had a great 2/9 holiday at La Vela Saigon. Everything was fine and good except the room quality was quite poor in terms of soundproofing, we didn't have a really good sleep experience because of the sound from the lobby and the next room.
