We had several issues while checking in. The service person was having difficulty and had me swipe my card several times. This resulted in being charged four times for a room we had prepaid online through Hotels.com. When we went to speak to the service person, they had no way of changing / refunding. We asked for management, and after several back and forth requests, the housekeeping manager came. She was much nicer, but still unable to refund. Very disappointing. We are “pending” refund for the unauthorized charges. We wish the prepaid, insured reservation was more secure to avoid this almost $675 error.

$10 for car parking is ridiculous

Always enjoy our stay at the Element, comfy beds, yummy fresh breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was not open, and the internet went down but only for an hour or so, and our bathroom sink was clogged but other than that we had a nice stay. It is in a good location between downtown and the airport.

Very clean and modern, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good but runs out of certain items and takes someone to ask for things to get replenished.

This place was absolutely amazing.. From the minute we hit the door we where welcomed by Maddison C and Bella S. Both ladies where extremely helpful and very sweet. The room was top-tier. The bed was super comfy (pillows were feather not my preference) and the room was very clean. The wine and Beer room n tap after a long drive was a surprise and the Breafast was super good. (Loved the chicken sausage) We will definitely return…

Close to family and freeway

Staff was friendly , fire place felt nice and cozy at night , will definitely be coming back!

Hotel was clean and within walking distance for dining and shopping. Will stay again!

Great location

Perfect! Loved our stay. Front desk helped with early check in from our red eye flight and had scissors in a pinch. Loved our weekend at aftershocks, very close to the venue, target and Wendy’s 😂

Clean new modern

Even though I asked for housekeeping service, it never happened. There weren't enough towels, washcloths, and there was no spare toilet paper. I "slept" on the sofabed, which was terribly uncomfortable. There was also no sheet or blanket for the sofabed, and I had to ask for that as well. The sofabed was hard and it was impossible to sleep around the springs digging into my back. Do better, Element!

Wonderful stay. Excellent customer service from checking in, room, pool, amenities and cooked to order healthy & delicious breakfast. Love the modern, eco friendly decor. Kitchen had everything.
