Amazing customer service! Small rooms but clean and cozy. I did not like the neighborhood.

Greeted warmly by Eric who quickly checked us in. Had no issues with breakfast (included in our stay). Our departure was prior to the opening of breakfast and they were able to pack us a to-go bag for our journey. Overall, the space is simple, clean, safe, and well managed——and close to the metro (away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists).

excellent staff

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was right next to the metro station and within walking distance (20 min) to the center of the city (Rossio Square). The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in early. We liked the first stay so much that we came back a few days later and stayed two nights before going back home.

Small room but clean and safe. Staff were all really nice. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but was the best of the 3 hotels I stayed at in Portugal. Had a room on the first floor facing the street so the traffic noise was pretty considerable, but died down during the evening so didn’t affect my sleep! Further away from the more touristy area which has its pros and cons - still lots of restaurants, shops and amenities nearby, but you’ll likely want to take public transit or taxis for most typical sightseeing unless you really wanna get your steps in.

Not the best service at checkin

We really liked the room. It was not very big, but it was very clean and we felt safe and comfortable. The shower floor was scuffed but it worked really well with instant hot water. We liked having the balcony and felt comfortable to leave the 5th floor bathroom window open all night for fresh air and there were no bugs at all.

This property is very close to the Airport and all the grocery shops are just a few minutes away. Staff is friendly and eager to help. The reason for the three star is due to the fact the rooms are very small and windows face to another big wall. It is ok if you are staying just to sleep in. Not enough space for luggage. If you a have even one big suitcase as is the case with international travelers, there is no space for it. It will not accommodate two big luggage. I am so used to hotel providing small shampoo and conditioners, that I did not bring it. I had to rush and buy them. So keep that in mind if you plan on staying here.

Once in the property, everything was perfect. The area around it, not so clean.

Nice hotel, all in very good condition. Room was fairly small, but was reasonable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was quite disappointed with my stay this time around We stayed 8 months ago and were really happy with it, our room was great and so we booked another stay on our return. We paid the same price but our room was massively downgraded compared to our previous stay. The room was significantly smaller, the bathroom was tiny and not in great condition (the toilet seat needs replacing ASAP) and there is a lot less storage than we had in our previous room which made us feel very cramped. The window was facing the Main Street and for some reason it was decided it would benefit from a slab of concrete to cover three quarters of the window. Some of the pillows were a little on the stained side and there seemed to be black marker dots on the duvet cover and towels. The bed was comfy, the air con was great, I do like the location which is a little out of the city, but what I thought were great rooms made up for this last time The staff thought are wonderful, really nice friendly and hard working

Great cozy hotel not too far from main attractions. The chic hotel had a great breakfast and the rooms were very clean. The rooms are small but well equipped. Staff were very friendly. Stayed two nights with an infant and we enjoyed it.

Very clean and safe

Staff was friendly, room was very clean, but tiny. We chose the hotel because it advertised a restaurant and bar, we were only spending one night on our way to the airport Neither of those were open the day we stayed. The hotel wasn't bad, but we wouldn't stay there again.

Next to metro. Breakfast is good. The area is safe. The only thing that threw me off A LOT is the smell in the lobby and the room. Not good

Loved my quiet hotel room and breakfast the following morning. Friendly at reception. Liked the design style of this hotel. Very different to hotel's in Lisbon I had stayed previously.
