Very nice hotel, room was clean and spacious, good amenities and friendly helpful staff, bar lounge and restaurant very good and pool and jacuzzi were very nice.

Amazing price for a 5 star hotel. Service was excellent, food at breakfast was excellent, super clean, it felt luxurious and welcoming and just really friendly. Great views from the balcony and great location within walking distance of everything.

We just stayed the night in summer , was comfortable and clean tho the pillows were not very nice but we never asked for other ones. Would we stay there again yes

The hotel overall was very clean. The room with balcony and view was very relaxing. Parking PLN 50 per night felt quite expensive.

Beautiful resort type hotel with the finest amenities. Location is terrific, breakfast is first class to prepare you for a mountain trek ! Shopping and dining right around the corner .

A great location for vacation

The lobby, what’s a beautiful lobby, loved that folklore look. This place has its signature scent, nice and welcoming. Overall perfection in every detail. Don’t forget to try good coffee in the morning and a mojito later in the day. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice Hotel. Perfect location in the heart of the city. Very large and spacious rooms. The bed could be of better quality...also the towels are of a very inferior level. A bit of a problem with parking even though they give a good, efficient and cheap solution. A pampering breakfast with all the goodness to offer. The best espresso coffee in this city. Thank you for the hospitality.

Wonderful and friendly staff, delicious food and beautiful decor, but in a 5-star hotel I would expect the spa not to have one tiny jacuzzi, not to mention the pool - in my opinion it is a wading pool. I have never seen such a small pool in any hotel. The gym also disappointed me - it was so small that I couldn't believe it for a while. To go to the spa, from some rooms you need to go through the lobby, which is a bit uncomfortable. In a 5-star hotel I think it should be organised differently :)

Great place. Only downside was breakfast with limited authentic Polish items. Breakfast was too westernized.
