What stands out at Nopal is the staff, they were approachable, always happy to help and as accommodating as possible with our requests. The hotel was refurbished a couple of years back and they’ve made a nice job of what you can imagine was an older building. Breakfast was super tasty, with a wide array of different foods, hot and cold and the cherry was eggs made your way with tasty bacon 👌 The front of house staff, be it as reception or at breakfast we’re always on hand to assist. The rooms were of a good size, the bathroom had its quirks as you’ll find out but nothing you can’t work around. We had the room cleaned again the following day as we thought it might have been rushed before we checked in. Would happily returns as overall, it was a pleasant experience. We would recommend the little pastry shop just outside to the left 🙂

From the people on the reception to the people on the top floor serving breakfast and all those in-between they were so friendly and helpful, the hotel was a joy to stay in.

Great location and very clean

We stayed at DWO Nopal for a week as we explored Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz and Teide. It is clean, modern, stylish and san excellent experience. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The breakfast was lovely, beds comfy, wifi consistent and air conditioning effective. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant, close to front, great breakfast too

We loved our stay at DWO Nopal. Room was ready early. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast had various options and gluten free available.

An excellent relaxing stay, great rooftop area with pool. Breakfast was delightful. Comfy beds. Would recommend free parking at the harbour approx 800m away.

Very central and clean and tidy.

I had a great stay here. The property is clean and beautiful. The streets quiet down after 10 pm. The breakfast was also very good.

Perfect city stay, great value…

The hotel is awesome, however there is no parking. They advertise nearby free parking but there is never space to park. I did find a paid parking about 10 minutes away - $15/day - that solved my parking problem. The hotel is in the middle of everything. Nightly strolls and a glass of sangria - I would recommend (even with the parking issue)

This property exceeded our expectations, it is right in the center of everything. The rooms are clean and well kept, the property seems modern. Miguel at the front desk was great, as well as the other employees. I would definitely stay here when in Puerto De La Cruz again!

The hotel was a perfect stop in Puerto de la Cruz. Lots of public parking at the beach in walking distance. Great breakfast with gluten free options and alternative milks. The best thing was the terrace where you eat breakfast. Incredible view of Teide and the sea, and a pool with barely anybody around at this time of year.

We found the hotel to be a great base for our trip. Really friendly staff, all the basics done very well, very clean and modern. Would absolutely recommend.
